I felt like the course was very informative and provided me with a better understanding of New Construction and how it can meet the needs of my clients now and in the future. My background is in industrial design, so the reading of blueprints was great and actually felt like a refresher course. I also learned a lot about Green Building and can truly see how much of a positive impact that this building style will have on the environment. Great Course!!

I think the BRC New Home Specialist designation was well worth the time; offered valuable information, was a great value and I loved getting those CE credits! I learned quite a bit of new material even though I have worked for new home builders, and the newer techniques and current home building practices were exciting to see. The incorporation of more sustainable, environmental features that builders are including is really cutting edge. I felt the classes on HOA and Condo transactions were really good and informative. The instructors were professional, proficient and made the courses enjoyable and easy to understand.
