Affiliates are also featured on a separate website page with links to their websites. Further, they are featured in the Member Directory section of our website by providing a brief bio of their companies.

Affiliates can sponsor our General Meeting breakfasts. Affiliates get to speak to the audience after each General Meeting to talk about their companies.

Affiliates can also sponsor events, and for sponsoring an event, affiliates will receive a list of attendees.

Supporting Affiliate Vendors join the BRC to grow their business with Builders and Agents knowing they will be fostering relationships with business partners who exhibit integrity and fairness in all their transactions.

Builders can also sponsor CE classes at their new home communities, or sponsor other events, where they have the opportunity to talk about their companies and new home communities. They may also sponsor our General Meeting breakfasts. As a sponsor, Builders receive a list of attendees for the event sponsored.

Builder representatives get to speak to the audience after each General Meeting to talk about their companies and communities. Builders have access to qualified new-home buyers working with REALTORS. Forming lasting relationships with knowledgeable Real Estate Agents can generate regular additional sales that improve the value the Builder brings to the residential marketplace.
