With over 30 years of expertise in title and escrow at Heritage Title Company. Beth is responsible for managing daily operations for Builder Services as well as Builder/Developer Sales. Beth’s philosophy is to “do what you say you are going to do, when you say you are going to do it.”

She has won multiple sales awards such as Silver, Multiple Gold Sales Awards, and the coveted Presidential Sales Award. As well, she is a talented vocalist and has won a Billboard Songwriting Award, ProMax Vocalist of the Year, and was nominated for an Emmy for songwriting.

Beth specializes in her niche area of Residential Builder Services, is an active member of the HBA of Metro Denver, 2020 Chair of Professional Women in Building Council (PWB), 2022 Chair of the PWB Denver Membership committee, 2023 PWB Treasurer, 2023 Membership Committee, 2023 CBRC Events Chair, and is the 2023 HBA All Council Chair.

Although raised in Colorado, Sam spent most of the last 14 years outside of the United States living, learning, and working in Switzerland, Ireland, and France. With an academic background in International Relations and professional background in policy work, education, and trade, Sam now builds strategic partnerships as BuildStrong Academy of Colorado’s Partnerships and Pipelines Manager. His deep passion for community and longtime advocacy for equitable education, housing, and workers’ rights shapes how he connects industry partners with BuildStrong’s mission.

Outside of work, Sam can be found in the gym training as a powerlifter, running tabletop games for his friends, or at home with his partner and their two cats. He has a deep love of sports, community organizing, and every kind of food.

Mary Steinmeyer is currently a loan officer within a builder joint venture.  In the last 12 months, she has closed 176 loans for a total of $100 million in purchase transactions for the builder.

 

Mary loves working with homebuyers to find the right mortgage for their needs, offering professional guidance and supporting them throughout the loan process. Since joining the mortgage industry in 2002, Mary has spent the past two decades developing her skillset to provide clients with exceptional service. She is skilled in problem solving and financial analysis and well-versed in all types of mortgage products. Throughout her career, she has received the Five Star Mortgage Professional award several times and has been recognized as a top woman leader in the industry.  She has had the opportunity to offer mortgage education to the community through non-profit organizations.

Susan has earned various designations to better serve her clients: ABR, AHWD, GRI, CHRE, PMN, SFR, and CSP through the NHBA, and recently received NAR’s Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement. Through the Builder Realty Council’s New Home Specialist program, Susan earned the NHS designation in the Spring of 2023. Susan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and also studied Music Theory, Composition, and Performance. Living in the Denver area for 45+ years, Susan has seen vast changes in the building industry and housing market evolve over the years.

Licensed as a REALTOR® since 2002, Susan served as the Builder Realty Council’s Aurora Liaison for three years and served as the Builder Realty Council’s President in 2015. She was elected to represent the Directorship of the Aurora Association of REALTORS®, serving a three-year term from 2011 to 2014 and serving on several committees at the Association.

In 2014 she was awarded the Distinguished Service Award from the Aurora Association of REALTORS®. She has been a Member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® since 2010, was named 2012 Entrepreneur of the Year, and was named 2011 REALTOR® of the Year by the Mile High Chapter (now called Mile High Network) of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and has served on committees within that organization as well.

Susan continually strives to keep abreast of the market to keep her clients better informed. Susan has a penchant for learning and volunteering and has been most recently involved with the Denver Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association for the last eight years.

Licensed in 2004 Lynn has been on the board of the BRC since 2008. As a member of the South Metro Denver REALTORS® Association, she has served on the Board for 10 years and as a former Chairman from 2016-2017.

She currently represents her board as a Director for the Colorado Association of REALTORS®.

Chasity Peterson grew up in Centennial, Colorado, making her a rare native. Her career path started in the dental industry, but after serendipitously being led into real estate, she never looked back.
