The Builder-Realty Council of Denver seeks to strengthen the bonds of integrity and ethical business relationships between Home Builders, Licensed Real Estate Professionals and Supporting Affiliates. Members join the Council because of the opportunity to do business with the best professionals our industry offers.

We invite REALTORS©, Builders and supporting Affiliate Vendors to build relationships that can be depended on year after year. The Council helps bring these dedicated professionals together through a variety of activities and services.

Builders and Real Estate Agents have proven they can build strong partnerships when there are mutually beneficial rules that everyone can follow. For nearly 30 years, the Broker Co-op Guidelines have set the standard for fair and honest new-construction home transactions.
