Gracy Weil is a social worker turned real estate enthusiast. Within 1 year, she went from managing cases for Denver’s unhoused and treating individuals with substance use disorder to helping get a large master plan out of the ground in Erie, Colorado. Gracy uses her psychology background every day to assist with marketing, segmentation, and strategy. Most importantly, Gracy leads the Broker Outreach Program for her community: giving presentations, organizing events, and being the liaison between developer, builder, realtor, and homebuyers. Gracy is also on the Board of Directors for the HBA’s Young Leaders Council and is a member of several other realtor-affiliate organizations such as DMAR, and the Erie Economic Development Council. In her free time, Gracy enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding, and cuddling up with her rabbit, Dr. Bob.
