Collaborative Resource Committee

The Collaborative Resource Committee is your "Go-To" Sounding Board for Real-Time Solutions.
The Collaborative Resource Committee is a dedicated member benefit offered by the Builder Realty Council, designed to support our members when challenges arise in the field. Whether you’re navigating a miscommunication with a builder, running into friction with a fellow Realtor, or hitting a snag with an affiliate partner — the CRC is here to help you find clarity and resolution, fast.

How it works:
Think of the CRC as your neutral, professional sounding board — a space where you can bring concerns confidentially and receive guidance on how to best move forward. The committee will help identify the right contact person within the organization or company you’re working with and provide insight to facilitate constructive, win-win problem-solving.

This isn’t about finger-pointing — it’s about collaboration, accountability, and protecting the professional relationships that make our industry thrive.

Who it’s for:
Any Builder Realty Council member who needs a safe, supportive resource to talk through an issue before it escalates — whether you’re a Realtor, Builder, or Affiliate.

Why it matters:
We’re stronger together. The CRC exists to uphold the integrity of our shared work and ensure our partnerships remain productive and professional. Let’s keep the bridges strong.

Lynn Snyder Goetz

Licensed in 2004 Lynn has been on the board of the BRC since 2008. As a member of the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association, she has served on the Board for 10 years and as a former Chairman from 2016-2017.

She currently represents her board as a Director for the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. As an agent with Keller Williams DTC, she has served on the Agent Leadership Council for 6 years, and currently is on the Master Faculty, serving as an Advisor for new agents, and on the Culture Committee. She holds her CRS, GRI, and CNE designations.
