Lannie Ferbend is the Sales Manager with Landsea Homes. She has spent almost a decade in the home building industry and loves the fast-paced industry. She began her career in home building as a sales associate back in 2014 for the Denver division of a large national homebuilder, and now is passionate about leading and coaching her sales team to success. She has always believed in the power of the relationship between realtors and builders and continues to support the collaborative partnership through real estate transactions. Lannie and her husband are pet parents to a golden retriever named Judge. She enjoys skiing, singing in her local rock choir, traveling, cooking, reading, and attending live music.
