The Builder-Realty Council’s mission is to create favorable working relationships between the Builder and REALTOR® professions, while serving the best interests of home buyers. In addition to providing guidelines that establish an ethical agreement for Builders to pay Agents on new-construction transactions, we offer conflict resolution services to all members. Our role is to help parties reach resolution through non-binding arbitration.

Our Conflict Resolution Team manages each conflict by escalating the dispute to the appropriate person. If one or both parties can not agree on a solution, the resolution team renders a non-binding solution to the conflict after a full investigation of the circumstances. If the parties can’t agree on our recommendations, we have access to an outside arbitration group who can help resolve the conflict.
